BNI Coal Inc. does not make expressed or implied warranties for the used equipment or parts sold. All equipment is for sale "as is - where is" with no warranty. BNI Coal reserves the right to refuse any and all bids or offers. All sales are final. The buyer is responsible for all costs associated with disassembly and transporting the machine or materials from the mine site.

Payment terms shall be “cash or certified check, US Dollars”. Payment is due prior to the items being removed from the mine site. Items are to be removed 30 days after purchase.
